Unforgotten Season 6 Blu-ray Box Set

Written and created by master dramatist Chris Lang, the hit series returns to the Bishop Street CID as DCI Jessica “Jess” James (Sinéad Keenan) and the indefatigable DI Sunil “Sunny” Khan (Sanjeev Bhaskar) face a gruesome new cold case. The investigation begins when a dismembered human spine surfaces in the murky waters of Whitney Marsh, London. Forensic pathological analysis reveals the remains belong to Gerry Cooper, a man with a complex historical background whose disappearance went completely unnoticed for years.
As Jess, Sunny, and their relentless team dig into the past, they cross paths with a highly disparate, seemingly unconnected group of suspects: Juliet Cooper (Victoria Hamilton), a prestigious university lecturer; Melinda Ricci (MyAnna Buring), an outspoken television commentator for a populist news channel; Asif Syed (Elham Ehsas), an Afghan refugee studying for UK citizenship while working as an interpreter; and Marty Baines, an autistic young carer increasingly drawn into dark online hate subcultures. Each suspect hides a devastating personal secret connected to the victim. Meanwhile, the detectives must balance this high-stakes investigation with their own personal crises, as Jess copes with her husband’s marital betrayal and Sunny drifts through an emotional fog following a painful relationship breakup.
